The staff possesses the requisite training and certification for the tasks assigned to them.

Instructional staff meet regularly to discuss and review pertinent issues about academic and co-curricular activities. Evaluation of staff is done by both supervisors and peers.

Participation in professional staff development programmes is a must for Continuous School Improvement and opportunities are availed to staff to attend both local and international conferences and workshops to keep abreast with current trends in the education industry and also for enrichment in excellence in teaching, research and administration.

Our school avails itself to support cross-cultural education and subsequently some members of staff regularly play a supervisory role for hosting interns or volunteers of “Study Abroad” programmes from colleges/universities in Europe and America.
